This is our Mardi Gras Ball Coverage Example:

All details may be streamlined to fit your organization's specific needs.

1. Your Organization retains a percent* of all proceeds from any prepaid packages. You collect prepaid orders, turn in the orders minus your percentage* one week prior to event. (Please set a cut-off time at lease one week prior to the Event at which time all pre-paid orders must be in, I will have a prepaid list at the Event main stage, Pre-paid members and guests will get immediate priority to the front of the line(s)).

2. You receive your percentage*of all the nights’ proceeds, that night, or at your earliest convenience.

3. I will furnish numbered receipt-order books for your Photography Chairperson to track package Id's, Mailing Addresses, Money and etc.

4. The unlimited pictures of the whole Event (Including Queen & Emblem luncheons, Float Reviews & Loadups, Room set-ups, Close-ups of each member at there float station, Parade (both sides), Rehearsals, Group Pictures, Tableau, Call outs, Queens escort to each room, Candids  through out the night, etc.etc.) from beginning to end with exception of paid portraits can be posted on proof boards or in a proof book for a $200 printing fee*; when $500 total* (includes retainer) of reprint orders is met your historian may keep any or all pictures in proof book or proof board, after which amount you may continue to retain your percentage on additional orders.    

5. At no additional charge, I can post them securely online for you and your guests viewing and ordering convenience. I will also provide at no  additional charge a limited number of CD copies of the website for those who can’t readily get online.

6. All Guest orders will be mailed or delivered by next months meeting.

7. The complete Members orders will be hand delivered to you by next months meeting.

8. Your organization maintains your discount of additional picture orders taken online. (Your guests should be notified and channel their ordering though you, I will post notification online). Turn in orders less percentage. Allow 10 days delivery or mailing of  these orders. All reorders must purchased within 90 days. please note: Your percentage of discount is good for 3 months, after this date all ordered prints are regular price, this includes guest orders too.

1) A deposit of $200 is due at signing of the contract. This reserves your date(s).

2) A Plus Photography reserves the time(s) and date(s) agreed upon. These are your days. For this reason, all retainers are non- refundable, even if date/time is changed without reasonable prior notification.

3) It is understood that any and all initial proofs, sample prints, negatives and digital images remain the property of A Plus Photography they may be used for advertising, display or any other purpose thought proper.

4) This agreement constitutes an order for Mardi Gras photographs, albums or prints. If albums, or prints are not ordered within 3 months of delivery date, a $200 late fee will be imposed and all fund-raiser discounts will be void.

5) It is understood that A Plus Photography has jurisdiction over other photographers and reserves the right to stop people from taking photographs during the event. Videographers are allowed.

6) A Plus Photography guarantees the highest quality in workmanship, However limits any liability for lost or damaged negatives, equipment failure, or for any other reason, other sessions will be rescheduled or all retainers will be returned.
